Products

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours can vary between screens, and measurements are approximate.

Pricing and availability

All prices are shown in the store's currency at checkout and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors, and may cancel and refund an order that was placed at an incorrect price. Products are subject to availability.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or where a product is unavailable. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Discount codes

Discount codes have their own conditions, shown where the code is offered. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Safe use of products

Pet toys and accessories are not indestructible. Supervise your pet during play, check items regularly for wear, and replace anything damaged. Discard toys that have been chewed apart. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, unsupervised play, or continued use of a worn or damaged product.

Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. Talk to your veterinarian about your animal's health, diet and suitability of any product.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, images, video and design — is ours or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you order is the one that applies.
