Returns

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and we’ll make it right at no additional cost.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and which items you would like to return. We will reply with instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
