Refund policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with everything you buy from us.

Returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Items that have been used, chewed, washed or damaged cannot be returned, for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and which items you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered — in which case we cover it.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange something is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
