Before you write
A few things we get asked most often:
- Shipping — orders over $49 ship free; everything else is quoted at checkout before you pay. Orders are packed in 1–2 business days.
- Returns — 30 days on unused items in original packaging. Email us with your order number and we will send instructions.
- Damaged or wrong item — send a photo within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.
- Discount code — FAYAR10 takes 10% off a first order.

Not sure whether a toy suits your dog's chewing strength or your cat's size? Tell us the breed, weight and how hard they play, and we will point you to the right pick — or tell you honestly if we do not stock one.
