Free shipping

Orders over $49 ship free. Orders under $49 are charged the shipping rate shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and depend on your address and the carrier. Estimates are not guarantees — carrier delays, weather and peak periods can add time.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If tracking has not updated for several days, contact us and we will look into it.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and packages returned to us because of an incorrect address may incur a reshipping charge.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us. We will work with the carrier and make it right.
